Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader – Loan Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily performance, generating business, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
Drive sales for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
Train and coach team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Support team members in handling customer queries and objections.
Coordinate with banks,



NBFCs, credit, and internal operations teams.
Monitor the loan process from lead generation to login and disbursement.
Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Resolve customer and team-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
Identify new business opportunities and improve team productivity.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales, Insurance, DSA, Fintech, or Financial Services will be preferred.le & responsibilities
