1: The primary objective is to ensure the successful execution of Solar projects from start to Finish & will be responsible for the quality of work, and for keeping a project on time and on budget.
2: Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3: He will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
4: He should have robust organizational skills to ensure that all construction activities align with the established timeline.
5: He should have expertise in coordinating resources & resolving any site related issues related w.r.t land & local hindrances.
6: Review the work progress in daily basis & meet contractual condition.

Site assessment to determine the land feasibility to set up solar projects & excellent communication skills to connect with workers and create stronger relationships between them,



which will help avoid delays in the process of completing each task on time because everyone's working together as one team.

4) Principal Accountabilities

• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Interface with the utility and Project Off-Takers on site.

Design, Construct and Resource Management

• Understand the turnkey EPC contract for the solar project and oversee compliance by the EPC contractor on the project site.
• Lead the team (Site Engineering, Quality & Safety) to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with the project Independent Engineer in office.

Audit and Governance

• Create and maintain all the documentation of the work for statutory and internal audi
