Role: Banking Process Associate

Experience: 1+ Years of Banking experience is mandate

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Fixed Deposit accounts and banking documentation.
Process reinvestments, partial withdrawals, fund additions, account transfers, and closures.
Resolve customer account queries within defined SLA and quality standards.
Perform KYC and document verification as per process guidelines.
Support UK Retail Banking back-office operations.
Ensure accurate processing while meeting productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
1+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
Freshers cant apply to this role
Knowledge of UK Banking / Retail Banking processes.




Understanding of banking products and account servicing.
Knowledge of KYC and document verification.
Valuable communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
