Job Description
We are looking for reliable and responsible Mobile Pickup Technicians to join our team. The selected candidates will visit customer locations to collect mobile phones and safely deliver them to our designated office or service centre.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer homes, offices, and other locations to collect mobile phones.
Safely handle and transport collected devices.
Complete required customer and pickup documentation accurately.
Deliver collected mobile phones to the designated drop-off location on time.
Coordinate with the backend team regarding pickup schedules and route updates.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Ensure all assigned pickups are completed efficiently and responsibly.
Eligibility & Requirements
Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
Own bike/scooter with valid insurance.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile phones.
Good knowledge of local routes and locations in Goa/Panjim.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be punctual, trustworthy, responsible, and professional.
Previous field/pickup/delivery experience will be an advantage.
