Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator with strong knowledge of Tally, Data Entry, and Advanced Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Excel formulas to maintain accurate business records, reports, and day-to-day office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely data entry in company software and ERP.
Maintain daily records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Handle accounting entries, voucher posting, and ledger maintenance in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Prepare and update Excel reports using advanced formulas and functions.
Verify, organize, and maintain digital records and office files.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, HR, and Management teams.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of all business data.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other office documents as required.
Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.




Strong Data Entry skills with high accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Valuable command over Excel formulas, including:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
INDEX & MATCH
IF / IFS
SUMIF / SUMIFS
COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
Pivot Tables
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Text Functions
Date & Time Functions

Positive typing speed in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Robust attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
QualificationBachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any Graduate).
Diploma or Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience2–5 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Office Executive, or similar role.
Experience in Jewellery Retail, Manufacturing, Trading, or Accounts will be preferred.
