Role & Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
Load and unload components and ensure proper clamping.
Perform tool offset and work offset corrections.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
Check component dimensions and maintain required quality standards.
Monitor tool condition and inform the supervisor about tool wear or machine issues.
Follow CNC programs, work instructions, and process sheets.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Achieve daily production and quality targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1 year or more experience as a VMC/CNC Operator.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of VMC operation and CNC machining.




Knowledge of tool offset and work offset correction.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controllers preferred.
Valuable attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
Candidates from nearby industrial areas are preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
