Seniority: 6+ Years of Qualified Experience
As the technical anchor for Pod One, you will oversee the architecture of our Python-based internal systems while spearheading AI-driven initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Direct the design and implementation of recent features within the Python stack.
Architect and integrate AI/Machine Learning solutions to optimize internal workflows.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for system-wide maintenance and stability.
Technical Requirements:
Expertise in Python and contemporary AI frameworks.
Proven experience in building modular internal Python tools/services with clean interfaces, reusable components, tests, and clear documentation (packaging, CI-friendly, maintainable).
Integrate a diverse set of third-party/internal APIs; assemble simple, reliable data pipelines (ETL/ELT, scheduling, retries, logging, monitoring) and apply AI/LLM capabilities to generate business-facing outputs.
Nice-to-haves: Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, Step Functions, CloudWatch) and project management skills (scoping, estimating, prioritization, stakeholder updates).
