We are looking for a polite, detail-oriented, and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software, Tally, and MS Excel, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle internal teams and clients professionally.

Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, and entries accurately.
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform regular bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
Manage financial data, billing, invoicing, and inventory tracking using Busy Accounting Software and Tally.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, balance sheets, and data analysis sheets using advanced functions in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Assist in preparing data for GST filing, taxation audits, and statutory
compliances.
Coordinate smoothly with internal departments, vendors, and clients while maintaining a polite, professional,



and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.

Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent accounting qualification.
1 to 3+ years of proven corporate accounting experience.
Mandatory working knowledge of Busy software.
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Advanced command over MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication, high level of patience and politeness, integrity, and robust attention to detail.
