Employment Type: Full time Job Summary ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is hiring Financial Service Consultants for the Banca Channel. The role involves driving life insurance sales through assigned ICICI Bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff, understanding customer financial needs, and offering suitable life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate life insurance business through assigned ICICI Bank branches. Build and maintain solid relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank employees. Meet customers referred by the bank and recommend suitable life insurance products.



Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials to maximize sales conversions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure timely completion of proposal documentation and policy issuance. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Conduct product awareness and training sessions for bank staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1+ year of experience in any Sales, including BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, Consumer Durables, Real Estate, or other field sales roles. Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset. Willing to work from assigned ICICI Bank branches.
