Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced DG Operations & Maintenance Manager to manage the operation, maintenance, servicing, installation, and troubleshooting of diesel generator sets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring productive DG performance, timely maintenance, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination with service technicians and customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of DG sets.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues.




Supervise field service engineers and technicians.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely service resolution.
Coordinate DG breakdown calls, site visits, and emergency services.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and equipment history.
Monitor spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures during DG operations and servicing.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, technicians, and internal departments.
Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and team performance.
Prepare regular reports on DG operations, maintenance, breakdowns, and service activities.
