Role & responsibilities
Operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
Set and operate machines, tools, fixtures, and job components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.
Perform basic machine setting and tool offset adjustments.
Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth machine performance.
Carry out in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometre, etc.
Maintain required quality and production standards.
Ensure proper handling of tools, machines, and finished components.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards at the workplace.
Report machine, tool, or quality-related issues to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile




ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical qualification preferred.
Relevant experience as a CNC or VMC Operator.
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and machining processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Candidates with experience in precision engineering/manufacturing will be preferred.
