About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Architectural Glass Hardware business.
The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, market visits, order generation, customer follow-ups and collection.
Key ResponsibilitiesRegular visits to dealers, retailers, fabricators and contractors.
Develop new dealers and maintain existing dealer relationships.
Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
Handle market collections responsibly.
Develop new markets and identify business opportunities.
Monitor competitor products and market activities.
Maintain daily market visit, sales and collection reports.
Coordinate with the office for billing and dispatch requirements.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
Architectural Hardware | Glass Hardware | Aluminium Hardware | Building Materials | Plywood | Sanitaryware | Door & Window Hardware
Candidate Requirements1–3+ years of field sales experience preferred.
Good dealer / distributor market knowledge.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with regular field work and travelling.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Good discipline and professional attitude.
Candidates with a proven sales record will be given preference.
Performance ExpectationsThe candidate will be expected to work towards a minimum monthly sales target of ₹5 Lakh+, with additional incentives linked to performance.
