Discharge Initiation
Accompanying patient during shifting (between Ward to ICU/OT/Investigations).
Preparing patient for surgery and shifting to OT.
Receiving and giving post OP care.
Assisting Doctor in bed side procedures/dressing.
Nursing Documentation.
Hand over/take over.
Introduction to patient and attendant.
Hourly rounds.
Sample Collection and report follow up.
Administrative- Monitoring Departmental Inventory/Equipment Check.

Cleaning and Disinfection of Patient Care Article(Monitor, steth, SPO2 Monitor, Thermometer BP Apparatus, Glucometer, Pulse oximeter, ECG Machine etc.)
