Job Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and building strong business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.
Identify and acquire current customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update CRM and submit daily activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.




Mandatory Requirements

Own Laptop (Mandatory)*

Own Bike with a Valid Driving License (Mandatory)*
Willingness to travel within Kolkata for client meetings.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
