Job Description

A Store Assistantr is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing food items, beverages, and bar supplies, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper inventory control.

Main Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
Check daily stock of food items, beverages, and bar supplies.
Maintain proper stock levels in the store.
Update inventory records.
Receiving Goods
Receive deliveries from suppliers.
Check quantity and quality of items.
Verify items with purchase orders and invoices.
Storage Management
Store food, drinks, and bar materials properly.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for food products.
Ensure cleanliness and proper temperature in storage areas.
Issuing Materials
Provide ingredients and bar items to kitchen staff and bartenders.
Record issued items in the stock register.
Stock Checking
Conduct daily or weekly stock counts.
Report shortages or damaged items to the manager.
Coordination
Work with kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers.
Inform management when stock is low.
