Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our design team. As a Junior Architect, you will support senior architects and designers in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation. You will have the prospect to gain valuable hands-on experience in the design and construction process while working on a variety of exciting projects. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their architectural career and build a solid foundation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support: Assist senior architects in the development of design concepts, sketches, and architectural plans. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions.
Drafting & Documentation: Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Ensure that designs are accurate and meet project specifications.
Project Coordination: Support project teams by preparing and organizing project documentation, including specifications, technical reports,



and presentation materials.
Site Visits: Attend site visits with senior team members to gather data, evaluate project progress, and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
Compliance & Code Research: Conduct research on building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure design compliance. Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for project approval.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, etc.) to ensure designs are properly integrated into the construction process.
Sustainability: Assist in the development of sustainable design strategies, including the use of energy-productive materials and systems in the building design.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, gaining exposure to client relations and project development.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arch
