We are looking for a Travel & Tourism Executive to handle customer inquiries, travel bookings, tour packages, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and knowledge of travel destinations, ticketing, and tourism services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
Plan and customize domestic and international tour packages.
Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, and sightseeing bookings.
Communicate with customers and travel partners regarding bookings and itineraries.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain customer records and booking details.
Ensure smooth coordination throughout the customer's travel journey.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of travel destinations and tourism packages.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with customers and vendors.
Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Experience: 0–5 years in Travel & Tourism, Travel Agency, Tour Operations, or a related field.
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
