Position: Play Area Executive
Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and supervision of children inside the play area.
Assist customers and guide children in using play equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the play area.
Monitor equipment and immediately report any damage or safety concerns.
Handle customer queries and provide a friendly experience to parents and children.
Support birthday parties, events, and other activities conducted at the play area.
Follow all company safety, operational, and customer-service guidelines.
Requirements Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Energetic, responsible, and child-friendly personality.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Freshers can apply; prior experience in a play area, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
