Job Description

Join the Finance Planning & analysis team for North America business, a $1.5 Bn segment, and contribute to high-impact financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Periodic MIS & Performance analysis
Analyze business performance against budgets, forecasts
Circulate insights and variance analysis to stakeholders
Run periodic MIS reports and prepare management reports

Costing & cost driver understanding :
Analyze key cost components and underlying drivers
Partner with business and operations to understand cost improvements & impact assessment

Annual budgeting :
Contribute to annual budgeting

Digitization Projects
Actively monitor projects that are rolled out, also by sharing relevant data with teams;
Serve as SPOC and seamlessly coordinate with other CFTs within India & North America to drive other key ongoing projects being built in the areas of costing, bid related analytics and other areas of automation.
