Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst L1 to assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing business performance, monitoring budgets, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Monitor budgets and track expenditures to ensure compliance with financial targets.
Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct cost analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Interpret financial statements and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA (Finance) or M.Com is an added advantage.
Experience:



1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, MIS, or Financial Analysis.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query preferred).
Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting.
Budgeting & Forecasting.
Cost Analysis.
Financial Statement Interpretation.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Skills
Familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime).
Experience with Power BI (Preferred).
Basic knowledge of SQL (Preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
