Job Summary
Analyse business requirements/functional designs and works with product owners, tech leads, and other engineers to design/develop/document systems and application software.

Responsibilities
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
Determine when to use out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities, when to leverage pre-packaged AppExchange solutions, and when to code a custom solution




Participate in all phases of software development/implementation including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support
Utilize Salesforce skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality in a complex, global org

Qualifications
Overall 5 - 8 years in developing and supporting experience in handling mid to large scale IT projects deployment. Valuable knowledge in Sales/Service/Marketing CRM business processes
Min 5 Yrs. experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience and deep understanding of all aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Administration knowledge
Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills
Robust understanding and experience on Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, S
