Job Description

Eesha Infra Developers & Realty is hiring Sales Executives – Field Sales with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in real estate or direct sales.

Responsibilities:
Generate offline leads through field visits, networking and direct marketing.
Visit residential areas, offices, businesses and high-footfall locations to acquire customers.
Plan and participate in offline promotional events, exhibitions and campaigns.
Explain projects, pricing, locations and investment advantages to customers.
Generate and coordinate property site visits.
Follow up with leads and support the team in closing deals.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular lead and activity reports.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Real estate/field sales experience preferred.
