Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of outsourced security guards deployed at the facility.
Conduct daily morning briefings and allocate duties to security personnel.
Ensure proper implementation of company security policies, procedures, and site regulations.
Verify attendance, shift deployment, and manpower availability of outsourced security personnel.
Coordinate regularly with security agency representatives regarding manpower, absenteeism, performance concerns, training requirements, and disciplinary issues.
Train, guide, and mentor security personnel on company requirements, security procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Monitor the performance, discipline, appearance, and conduct of outsourced security staff.




Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering the premises.
Support emergency response activities and coordinate with relevant departments during incidents.
Recommend improvements to security processes and controls to enhance site security effectiveness.
