We are seeking a structured and proactive HR Executive to oversee our day-to-day human resources operations and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. In this role, you will handle everything from recruitment support and onboarding to attendance tracking, payroll assistance, team engagement, and offboarding. The ideal candidate brings robust interpersonal skills, a solid working knowledge of basic labor practices, and a clear, empathetic communication style to foster a healthy, compliant workplace.
Recruitment Support: Draft clear job descriptions, post openings across relevant portals, and screen incoming resumes against role requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and align interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and department hiring managers.
Current Hire Onboarding: Deliver a seamless onboarding experience by handling documentation, initiating background checks, setting up accounts, and leading orientation sessions.
HRIS & File Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital records, including attendance, leave logs, contracts,



and personal files.
Employee Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for daily staff inquiries concerning company policies, perks, and workplace procedures.
Payroll Assistance: Support monthly payroll runs by accurately tracking attendance, approved leaves, overtime, and relevant deductions.
Team Building: Plan and organize internal events, wellness initiatives, and regular engagement activities to build a positive work environment.
Conflict Resolution: Keep a pulse on workplace dynamics and step in to help resolve low-level interpersonal conflicts or operational grievances.
Policy Adherence: Maintain internal policy compliance and ensure day-to-day practices align with basic statutory labor standards.
Offboarding Operations: Lead exit interviews, manage clearance formalities, and coordinate the full-and-final (F&F;) settlement process for departing team members.
