Job Description:
Managing Export- Import functions, keeping compliance with custom laws, notifications, tariffs, EXIM policy, RBI rules etc.
Pre shipment & Post shipment Documentation work, Responsible for timely submission of Shipment Documentation, Releasing PO,
Commercial Invoice, Export Order, Letter of credit, Certificate of Inspection.
Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods.
Coordinate closely with dispatches, suppliers and transport companies.
Planning the delivery and dispatch of valuable.
Follow up for dispatch allocation with team.
Client follows up for their document as well their approval.
Coordination With CHA For Customs Clearance
Coordinating With Shipping Lines.
Raw Material Planning & Ordering.
Basic Accounting knowledge Purchase and Sales (including Domestic and Export invoices, Journals, Payments and Receipt entries)
Supplier Balance and Bank Balance Confirmation.
