Roles and responsibilities :-
End-to-end recruitment in Non IT
Sourcing candidates as per the client`s JD
Attracting candidates through various sourcing channels like Job portal, Head hunting, referrals, Job fairs and social media.
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with the candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections, document collection, and joining.
