Job Title:

Dispatching Executive – B2B Fashion Retail. About the Role: We are looking for an organised and reliable Dispatching Executive to manage and oversee daily order dispatches for our B2B fashion retail network across India. You will ensure that bulk orders of apparel/textiles are packed accurately, processed on time, and shipped safely to our retail partners and stockists nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Verification: Verify bulk B2B orders against invoices/challans to ensure correct items, sizes, quantities, and colours are packed.
Packing & Quality Checks: Supervise proper folding, poly-packing, cartooning, and labelling (barcodes, shipping tags) to prevent transit damage.
Logistics & Partner Management: Coordinate with courier partners, transport companies, and logistics agents to ensure timely pickup and door delivery.
Documentation: Generate dispatch documentation including e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and courier receipts/LRs (Lorry Receipts).
Inventory & Stock Tracking: Track daily outgoing inventory and update stock records/ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.




Shipment Tracking & Coordination: Monitor shipments across India, update retailers on order status, and promptly resolve delivery delays or transit issues.
Returns & Claims Handling: Process sales returns, damaged goods, or shipment disputes with logistics vendors.
Key Requirements & Skills: Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse dispatch, or order fulfilment (preferably in apparel, textiles, or B2B fashion retail).
Skills:
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and billing/ERP software.
Valuable understanding of B2B shipment documentation (E-way bills, LRs, tax invoices).
Solid attention to detail to avoid dispatch errors.
Education: Graduate / 12th Pass / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
Languages: Working knowledge of English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus for vendor communication).
