Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to ensure seamless operation and minimal disruption. The qualified collaborates with different teams to trace root causes, analyze system behaviors, and implement timely resolutions, maintaining the stability and performance of essential applications within a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline incident resolution and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure IaaS, Google Cloud Platform Administration.
Robust knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment automation.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain system health.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
