Job Title: QA/QC Inspector – Structural Fabrication.
Location: Dahej, Gujarat (In office)
Employment Type: Full time
Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Conduct incoming raw material inspection (plates, sections, consumables) along with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) verification.
Perform stage-wise inspections: fit-up, dimensional checks, visual welding inspection, and final assembly.
Monitor welding activities to ensure adherence to approved WPS/PQR.
Coordinate and witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as DPT, MPT, UT, and RT.
Prepare, maintain, and submit daily QA/QC inspection reports, punch lists, and clearance documentation.
Coordinate with client/third-party inspection agencies (TPIA) for stage clearances.
