Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and effectively.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
