We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the companys social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
Manage daily posting, scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.
Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, stories and campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other creative teams.
Monitor social media trends, competitors and industry developments.
Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall brand visibility.
Track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
Manage comments, messages and audience engagement.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests and collaborations.




Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
Ensure consistent brand communication and maintain the company’s online image.

Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Positive understanding of content creation, reels, trends and social media analytics.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
