AMC Management

Manage AMC schedules for customers and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance activities.

Track contract validity, renewal dates, and service commitments.

Coordinate preventive maintenance visits with customers and engineers.

Maintain AMC documentation, service reports, and compliance records.

Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with procurement teams when necessary.


Service Operations





Schedule and allocate engineers based on customer requirements and service priorities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports.

Ensure customer communication regarding service schedules, delays, and closures.

Maintain asset and inventory tracking for customer sites where applicable.

Support audit and documentation requirements related to service delivery.
