Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance throughput and accuracy.

Requirements
Proven experience in logistics or operations management within a high-volume sorting or distribution workplace.
Robust understanding of SLA tracking, performance metrics, and loss prevention methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability in rapid-paced, results-oriented settings.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making.
Experience with network operations within a logistics or transportation context is highly preferred.
