We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding business loan requirements.
Understand the customer's business, loan requirement, turnover and basic financial profile.
Generate and qualify leads for business loans.
Explain available loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements.
Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM/Google Sheet.
Convert qualified leads into loan applications.
Coordinate with the internal sales/loan processing team.
Follow up regularly with customers until the application reaches the next stage.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales,



banking, loans, insurance or financial services is preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
Candidates with experience in business loans / personal loans / credit cards / insurance / DSA will be preferred.
What You Will Do Every DayCall recent leads.
Understand their loan requirement.
Check basic eligibility.
Explain the loan process.
Collect required basic information/documents.
Schedule follow-ups.
Update CRM/lead sheet.
Coordinate qualified leads with the loan processing team.
Work toward monthly sales and conversion targets.

Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Higher incentives are available based on qualified leads, applications and successful conversions.
