Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop-floor operations, manage a shift team and ensure production targets are achieved on time while maintaining required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production schedules to meet delivery targets.
Allocate manpower and machines efficiently across shifts.
Monitor line performance and downtime and take corrective action.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements on the shop floor.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance and stores teams for smooth production flow.
Maintain production, rejection and productivity reports.




Train and guide machine operators and line workers.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Requirements
Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience supervising a production team in a manufacturing unit.
Working knowledge of production planning and shop-floor documentation.
Basic understanding of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
