Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, transportation, and tours.

• Assist clients in creating personalized itineraries based on their travel needs, interests, and budget.

• Provide excellent customer service with qualified communication and prompt responses.

• Manage reservations and bookings with accuracy and efficiency.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand travel requirements and deliver tailored

solutions.

• Coordinate with Management to support travel requests, enquiries, and changes during the UK

business hours time shift.

• Maintain updated knowledge of travel products, policies, and international travel trends.

• Ensure seamless travel experiences by tracking bookings, resolving issues, and advising clients on

travel documentation and regulations.





• Support UK clients and partners via calls, emails, and online communication within the UK shift

timing.
