Position: Sales Engineer Trainee – Field Sales

Locations: Bhubaneswar, Jharsuguda

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months+ in Field Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Sales Engineer Trainees to drive field sales, develop customer relationships, and generate business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current customers and sales opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
Promote technical products and solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on leads/orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Preferred Industry / Product Experience

Candidates with experience in Generators, Motors, Compressors, Pumps, Valves, or Industrial Instruments will be preferred.

Requirements
6+ months of field sales experience.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Technical/Engineering background preferred.
