Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software design and development.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
Robust knowledge of data management principles and practices.
Experience with data quality frameworks and compliance standards.
Ability to design and implement policies for data security and privacy.
Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data lifecycle management.
Skilled in analyzing and resolving data-related issues to maintain integrity and accessibility.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
