Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with truck owners and transporters to onboard new partners.

Explain company services, advantages, and onboarding process to potential partners.

Visit field locations and meet truck owners, transporters, and clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent partners.

Coordinate with truck owners and transporters for smooth onboarding.

Follow up with prospects and convert them into active partners.

Achieve monthly truck/partner onboarding targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and onboarded partners.

Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth partner onboarding.

Be willing to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.

Eligibility:

Male candidates preferred.

Age up to 30 years.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel.

Basic knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.

Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-time | Field Job

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹19,500 + ₹3,000 Fuel Allowance
