We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.
The role involves communicating with businesses, introducing our services, answering their questions, following up with interested businesses, and developing long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Contact businesses and introduce our company's services.
Explain our services clearly and answer basic questions.
Follow up with businesses that have shown interest.
Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.
Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
Update customer information and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the internal team when required.
Work towards achieving customer and business development targets.
Requirements:
Fresher to (3)
years of experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with businesses over the phone and WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good command of English and Malayalam.
Hindi or other Indian languages will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
