Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain WordPress websites
Build custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements
Migrate websites from other platforms to WordPress
Integrate and configure plugins such as WooCommerce, WPML, and membership tools
Optimize website performance, speed, and overall functionality
Apply SEO and conversion optimization best practices
Convert design files (PSD/Figma) into responsive HTML5/CSS3 templates
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
Troubleshoot, test, and debug issues across websites
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Required Skills & Expertise




Strong understanding of the WordPress platform and its architecture
Hands-on experience in custom theme and plugin development
Knowledge of plugin integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins, etc.)
Ability to create user-friendly and manageable admin panels
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and AJAX
Experience with website performance optimization
Positive understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in WordPress development
Experience with platforms like Shopify and Magento is an advantage
Ability to work in a diverse and remote team workplace
