UK Shift/Day Shift
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Shift timings: 12: 30 PM – 09: 30 PM
Advantage: Base Salary+ lucrative incentives + fixed weekend offs
Years of experience required – 6 months-2+ years

Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Research current technologies
Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates
Source potential candidates on platforms, like UK-Europe Monster, Indeed, JobServe and LinkedIn
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with recent technological trends and products
