Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing,referrals, and other sources.
Understand the student’s academic background, budget, preferred destination, and career goals.
Conduct the first level of counselling and explain available study abroad opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule detailed counselling sessions with Senior Admission Counsellors.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with interested students to maximize conversions.
Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
Meet daily calling, follow-up, and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth student processing.
Stay updated with study abroad trends, university intakes, and visa requirements.

Requirements:
Robust convincing and counselling abilities.
Confident speaking over phone and video calls.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Valuable computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
