Receive and verify spare parts requisitions from service advisors and technicians.
Accurately pick and issue spare parts from inventory as per job card requirements.
Maintain proper records of parts issued, returned, and replaced.
Assist in stock management, including binning, labeling, and arranging parts systematically.
Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts Manager for replenishment and procurement needs.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the parts storage area.
Support in preparing MIS reports related to spare parts usage and movement.
Handle customer walk‑in requests for spare parts, if applicable.
