We're hiring an Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

The Founder has back-to-back investor meetings. A product launch. A hiring decision. A board update.

Then what?

Here's the problem: Calendars don't prioritise. Emails don't follow up. And building a startup isn't something you can manage with reminders alone.

You'll keep the Founder focused on what matters, drive execution across teams, and make sure nothing significant slips through the cracks. Make it organised. Make it move.

Fluent in founder mode (not just calendar management)
Able to switch between strategy decks, hiring, operations, and investor calls without missing a beat
Comfortable managing ambiguity while creating structure
Proactive enough to solve problems before they become problems
