Credit Officer Cum Relationship Officer – JDManage the complete customer journey, from lead generation and customer interaction to loan application, approval and disbursement.
Understand customer requirements and convince eligible customers to avail the loan, clearly explaining loan terms, repayment schedule and applicable charges.
Handle customer calls, follow-ups and relationship management to ensure smooth processing and a positive customer experience.
Conduct basic credit assessment, KYC/document verification and customer profile evaluation as per company policies.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Disbursement teams to resolve pending requirements and ensure timely loan processing.
Achieve assigned monthly disbursement/conversion targets and earn incentives based on performance and target achievement.
Maintain excellent communication, customer handling and follow-up skills; prior experience in payday loans, digital lending, NBFC, fintech or personal loans will be preferred.
