We are looking for a responsible, confident, and computer-savvy Telecalling Cum Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, making outbound calls, maintaining records, entering data, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, clients, riders, and prospective candidates as required.
Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers/candidates regarding inquiries, applications, orders, documents, and other requirements.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer databases.
Perform computer-based data entry and update records accurately.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Coordinate with the operations and management teams for daily activities.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updating of records.
Respond to customer queries politely and escalate key issues to the concerned person.
Perform general computer and office-related tasks assigned by management.




Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to operate Excel/Google Sheets and perform data entry.
Good Hindi communication; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
