QT Consultancy is looking for energetic and motivated Field Recruiters to join our growing team. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, colleges, and other offline recruitment channels.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through field activities.
Visit colleges, institutes, communities, and recruitment drives to identify potential candidates.
Screen candidates and explain available job opportunities.
Maintain a database of candidates and follow up regularly.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build relationships with local organizations and placement cells.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
Prior recruitment, sales, or field marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
