Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Procurement Officer to lead our procurement function and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of procurement leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business objectives
Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Identify and mitigate procurement risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:
20+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role




Proven track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with ability to drive business growth
Experience in FMCG industry is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
