Job Description :the responsibilities of this job and other specific requirements for this job
Batch Process Management: Oversee exothermic reactions, polymerization, cooling cycles, and distillation parameters inside multiple reactors.
Shift Supervision: Lead and deploy shift operators, chemists, and utility handlers to hit volume targets.
Documentation Compliance: Fill and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), raw material logs, and yield sheets in real-time.
Quality Assurance Support: Coordinate with quality control labs to track viscosity, acid value, solid content, and color metrics.
Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Partner with engineering teams to handle process troubleshooting, filtration servicing, and reactor cleanings.
Raw Material Handling: Ensure correct raw material staging, charging calculations, and solvent transfers to prevent contamination.
